Administrative Services

The College office functions from 9.00 a.m. to 4.40 p.m. from Monday to Saturday (except second and fourth saturday). Generally fees are accepted between 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. However in case of admissions to F.Y.B.Com and F.Y.J.C classes, the College accepts the fees between 10.30 a.m to 5.00 pm and follows the instructions given by the University of Mumbai and the Government of Maharashtra.

The College office provides the following administrative services to the students of the institution-

  • Issue of examination forms
  • Acceptance of examination forms    
  • Collection of admission fees
  • Collection of examination fees
  • Issue of verification forms
  • Issue of forms for revaluation
  • Collection of fees for verification and revaluation
  • Issue of railway / bus concession forms 
  • Issue of bonafied certificates
  • Issue of Identity Cards
  • Issue of transcripts

In addition to the above, the office staff  also looks after the maintenance of the infrastructure of the institution. A Complaint Log Book is maintained by the Office in which any complaint related to any infrastructure of the institution can be entered by any divisional representative (DR). An immediate follow up action is taken by the office staff and the complains are resolved within 48 hours.
